The MPUIQ-VMCHS module is designed to drastically reduce cable bulk. Use the MPUIQ-VMCHS module to convert keyboard, monitor and mouse signals from a server through a single CAT 5 cable (4-pair, up to 150 ft/45 m) to your switch. The MPUIQ-VMCHS dongle draws its power from the server and has Keep Alive functionality that will keep your server working properly with or without connectivity to the MergePoint Unity KVM over IP and serial console switch or Avocent DSR KVM switch. This MPUIQ dongle replaces the DSAVIQ-USB2, DSAVIQ-USB2L, DSRIQ-USB, DSRIQ-USB2, DSRIQ-USB2L, DSRIQ-VMC, and MPUIQ-VMC dongles
